    As an 86-year old and sole carer for the past 5 years of my housebound husband, I have only now got round to reading the mag. referred to above. I was impressed with the article on page 24 about “stereotyping”, remembered something said to me as a young woman, by a USA-trained social scientist and thought I would send you the following.
    “He said that to be comfortable in any situation, everyone needs the following:-
    Encouragement, Acceptance, Respect and a Sense of belonging – Think EARS.

    That is exactly what Manisha Tailor seemed have given to her charges. May she – and others – continue the good work. We have been living at the same address in Brent since 1975, and feel very loyal to the community.
